How this website handles your information

Last updated 25 October 2026.

What this site collects

This website has no visitor accounts and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Those logs are kept for seven days and then deleted automatically.

To see which pages are useful, we run Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, on our own server. It counts page views, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your approximate location (country, region and city, worked out from your IP address), and clicks on our phone number, email address and quote form. It does not set cookies or store your IP address, and we cannot use it to identify you.

The quote form

The quote form asks for your organization, name, role, work email, phone (optional), workplace location and training needs. It also records how you found us: the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. A small script keeps those campaign details in your browser tab until you close it; it sets no cookie.

We use this information only to answer you, prepare a quote and schedule training. It is stored on our own server and in our customer records system, both hosted in the United States; confirmation emails are sent through Brevo, an email delivery service in the European Union; and a copy reaches our Gmail inbox. Information stored outside Canada can be subject to the laws of those countries.

We send you a confirmation and follow up about your request. We only send marketing emails if you tick the updates box, and every one of them lets you unsubscribe. Requests that don’t lead to training are deleted or anonymized after 24 months.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use what you send, such as your name, organization, contact details and training needs, to answer you and prepare a quote. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
